The 'sea of clouds' effect where you are standing above the clouds that fill the mountain valleys happens about 1 in every 10 days on Mt. Huangshan. I thought I wasn't going to get lucky for the three days I spent up there and then magically one afternoon around 3PM it all fell into place.
