Sunset at Uluwatu Temple

Our guide warned us about the monkeys that inhabit this location and told us to remove any earings and eyeglasses. Veronica needs glasses (or contacts) to see so she wore them on the trail. From the location where this shot was taken a monkey jumped about 10 feet from behind her, grabbed her glasses and held them ransom til he got some 'food' in exchange. Another monkey grabbed her hairpiece. After all of that I was really happy to be able to capture a gorgeous sunset.
